No guarantees are given as to search engine placement results.

All payments must be made within 30 days of invoice.

All elements of the website remain the property of SmallBizSite until final payments are made.

We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material. Any request to remove copyrighted material will be actioned immediately, and onus will be placed on the client to prove ownership or usage rights.

A deposit of 25% is required with any project before any design work will be carried out.

Any additions to the original order will be carried out at the discretion of SmallBizSite. Additional work of this nature may be charged at up to the rate of $150/hour.

SmallBizSite reserves the right to refuse to handle in any way, material which may be deemed offensive, illegal or in any way controversial, and also to terminate the hosting service should the necessity arise.

Extra Email address and Setup – $75.00

Domain name for one year is included in the initial price. Subsequent annual renewal is $30.00 per annum.

Hosting for one year is included in the initial pruce. Subsequent annual hosting renewal is $150.00 per annum.
